How do I see usage and reset times for several Claude accounts at once?
answered for v0.5.2, 1 November 2026
With cswap managing your Claude accounts, Jantar's Accounts screen shows each account's 5-hour and weekly use against the ceiling, when each 5-hour window resets, and the sessions running on it, on the Mac and on your phone. With one Claude login it shows that login and its sessions. Jantar does not move a session from one account to another.
Steps
Jantar decides at start: with cswap and its profiles it runs on all of them, without them on your one login. Once it is installed (one line, or by hand):
jantar open # Accounts, in this Mac's browser
jantar accounts # the mode and the kept accounts
jantar accounts keep 3 # keep account 3 for other work
jantar accounts prime on # opt-in: start idle windows early
Each account's row has its 5-hour bar against the ceiling, a runway to the reset, the reset time, weekly use and its sessions. New sessions on Auto start on the account with the most 5-hour room. An account you keep for other work is never picked by Auto, Rewrite or Ask Claude; keep replaces the whole list. The primer, off by default, sends one tiny message to an account with no window running, so its clock starts now.
What it does not do
- Move a running session to another account when one fills up. That is on the roadmap.
- Keep its own usage numbers. They come from cswap's cache; when Jantar is the
cswap list --jsonpoller, cswap asks Anthropic for usage on Jantar's schedule. - Need cswap. One Claude login is enough, and Jantar finds it.
